Susan G. Eisner, Vice President, Comptroller
Susan Gelber Eisner is responsible for fiscal management of Advanced Land and Water, including financial and strategic planning, P&L management and budget development. She directs overall corporate operations and establishes and maintains policies and procedures for legal and administrative compliance. She acts as in-house corporate counsel and provides legal and administrative peer review of all outbound documents before release to clients and third parties, as well as oversight and implementation of insurance and risk management measures.
Ms. Eisner also serves as liaison between ALWI and its outside legal, financial and accounting advisers. Her legal background provides a broad and balanced perspective with respect to the technical, regulatory and land use planning issues encountered in our environmental, water supply and wastewater disposal projects.
