Mr. David Pielmeier has been promoted to GIS ANALYST, in recognition of his outstanding work in integrating GEOGRAPHIC INFORMATION SYSTEMS technology into ALWI water supply and wastewater discharge projects.
Messrs. Mark W. Eisner, P.G. and James M. Wilburn, IV will be presenting a paper at the upcoming 2003 annual State-County Groundwater Symposium, sponsored by the Maryland Department of the Environment.
