ALWI is pleased to announce that Ms. Elizabeth Gehrman has accepted a permanent position as a Staff Hydrogeologist, beginning in June 2008. Ms. Gehrman is completing a M.S. in Geology at the University of Delaware. Ms. Gehrman’s foremost area of prior experience is in analyzing multi-disciplinary environmental data on coastal processes, hazards and risk mitigation forecasting. Ms. Gehrman also possesses background and experience in the design and geologic oversight of exploratory well drilling programs, fracture trace analysis; mathematical modeling of hydrogeological systems, slug testing, groundwater mounding analyses and nitrogen balance assessments. She will support ALWI’s groundwater supply development and protection projects, as well as our clientele’s growing demand for Geographic Information Systems expertise.
