ALWI evaluated on-site hydrogeologic conditions using piezometers and monitoring wells. We performed MDE-required nitrogen balance, hydrologic balance and groundwater mounding calculations to support applicant’s waiver of MDE Groundwater Discharge Permit application requirements.
