ALWI located and permitted drilling sites using fracture trace analysis, managed and oversaw drilling of two new high-capacity irrigation wells, designed and executed two pumping tests, assessed potential groundwater impacts borne of the proposed withdrawal, monitored stream flow and stage during testing, evaluated potential impacts to surface water, and prepared and submitted a hydrogeological report in accordance with applicable Loudoun County Facilities Standards Manual requirements. We then secured successful regulatory approval, provided engineering design and operational recommendations. The wells are presently in use and grounds are being irrigated.
